My “one” is my friends mother Karen. She always would do things for others to inspire or help. She once told me in a situation that was out of my control that complaining would do nothing to help the situation except bring negativity. Ever since then (15 years ago) I have looked at every situation differently. I have more of an optimistic outlook on life because of my “one”. She helped mold me into who I am today.
