One day my younger brother helped an old lady with her bags. She had heavy bags and the bags was very heavy for the stairs. He saw her and went to help her. He took all the bags and carried them to her flat on the 3th floor, the lift didn’t working. The lady was happy and gifted him with a big smile and a little lollipop. Everytime when the meet, she has a big smile.
