Giving What I Can
One day I was in the car with my mom and we were on our way to the mall. When we were at the stop light, I saw a homeless woman who looked hopeless. I told my mom to roll down the window for me. When she, did I gave the woman $5 out of my bag. It wasn't much, but it was the only money I had at the moment. The woman looked at me with a great big smile on her face and said, "Thank you!" Every time I ride somewhere with my mom now, I think of my random act of kindness that day and feel very proud of myself.
