Last week, during our first training session held at Poyner (2A), I realized what the eye doctor had been telling me. I did, indeed, find myself in need of cataract surgery! I am scheduled to have this done in the spring. However, we had a lot of notes to take during the week and I found myself unable to read the notes on the smart board. I would have to get up and go up front in order to see the board. Mrs. Shaundra Bryant sat beside me and noted my difficulty. She was so very kind in taking the notes and offering to pass her notebook to me so that I could copy, instead of my walking to the front of the room all through the day! I so much appreciated her compassionate caring heart.
