When i was younger i was at an egg hunt at my church for Easter and there was a girl in a wheel chair that couldn't collect eggs so i collected allot of eggs and gave them all to the girl in the wheelchair

Food Rescue and Rapid Redistribution

Thanks to the kindness of over 35 volunteers, more than one million pounds worth of food was rescued from local supermarkets in Sussex, England, prevented from reaching landfill and rapidly redistributed to families, individuals, groups, charities and events free of charge.

We had mums we didn't sell from the mum sale one year, maybe 11 of them, and we gave them to the food bank. The community was so grateful, even let us know they were planted to remember lost loved ones. It was one of those things that was really appreciated because those who received them weren't thought of often.
