Help From a Stranger
I was walking down the steps from school, holding plastic bags with items left over from a project. I got about halfway down and tripped, spilling my contents. I tried to get out of the way, grabbing at my things and putting them in the ripped bags. No one helped me at first, someone walked by and mocked "I think you dropped something." I continued to get her my things when a stranger stopped beside me, taking my things and placing them back in my plastic bag. I gave her a smile and told her thank you, but I never knew who she was. I still don't know to this day. But that little act made my day better.
