morning routine. Every morning when you get up in the morning you make your bed, then brush your teeth and do your morning routine. When you are done you say hello to your family. If you are mature and responsible you can help parents make breakfast, when you are finished you call your family you eat as a family. The evening routine. after eating with your family or alone, you go do your evening routine. When you finish you have a small healthy snack like (an apple, strawberry, orange, milk ...) it is good so that you will be in good shape. If you are a person who likes to sleep very badly, you are like me. You are done with your routine. You can stay in bed all night if you want. It is very good to do your routine before going to sleep. if you do next you will forget and next day you will snore very badly and no one would like to say hello.
