Being spontaneous is a way of embracing life and all it has to offer. Don't put off to tomorrow what you can do today! Be spontaneous and enjoy life a little more. Leave work on time for once. Make a decision to try something you've never done before: try a new sport, play a new instrument, or find a new hobby! Include others in your spontaneous moments. If you decide it is time to go on a trip, invite friends along. When you take that ice cream or coffee break, bring your co-workers with you! Make new friends during your spontaneous moments.
