Being positive in a negative situation makes you a leader
Sometimes it's easy to focus on the things that are bringing us down and making life difficult. But, science shows that when we spend even a small amount of time focusing on the things for which we're grateful, our lives are much better. We start seeing things in a more positive light and find fewer things to complain about.
It can be as easy as starting your day by thinking of one thing for which you're grateful! There are even mobile apps which remind you during the day to take a moment to be grateful for something. Make it a point to take a deep breath and think of something that makes you happy before you complain. You'll find you feel better.

As I wake up and before I go to sleep I think of three things I'm grateful for. This helps me start and end my day feeling grateful for what I have. I have found I sleep better and have a better day.
