Making aromatherapy is pretty easy. You can make your own massage oils in travel-size bottles that you can give to your friends and simply people you meet. You can create aromatherapy combinations to calm down or to uplift someone. If someone you know has a lot of anxiety stress at their job, you can give them that calming essential oils mix. If someone needs more energy and motivation, give them an uplifting mix.
Google some ideas for what essential oils to buy and in what proportions to mix. I highly recommend lavender as a calming one and peppermint as an energizing one. You can mix lavender with lemon for a very pleasant mix that is neutral.
