About Me

Kathleen Krieger is beginning her 10th year as principal at Dennison Elementary in Lakewood, Colo. She has dedicated her career to teaching and being an administrator at the elementary school level. In 2010, for the second time, the State of Colorado nominated Dennison as one of six Colorado schools named by the U.S. Department of Education as a national 2010 U.S. Blue Ribbon School for sustaining high achievement over time. The school first won the award in 2003.

Kathleen is a native of Denver and has four children and two grandchildren.
