I am a waitress in Seattle, Wa.
Today I woke up and decided I wanted to begin doing random acts of kindness. I pondered on what I could do and came up with: "Pay for my 8th table".
It was an amazing experience going up to my customers and telling them "The bill has already been paid for by someone who is trying to do acts of kindness."
They were shocked and so thankful it almost made me cry. I got a picture with the family and I must say—this won't be my last RAK—this is just the start.
Awesome!

Great story! This article reminds me of when I waited table years ago when I was in high school. A couple of times, I suprised a few of my customers, who were eldery and I would pay their bill. I remember what an amazing experience it was to make someones day.
