Transport Someone Who Can't Drive

F75f45065e491a3adc61e72a384867bb_l

Those of us who have cars often take for granted that we can drive anywhere we want, whenever we want.

For people who can't afford to buy a car or don't have the physical means to drive, finding transportation to get to and from appointments or even going grocery shopping can be a huge struggle. Transporting someone who doesn’t have the means to drive is a kind act that will be appreciated.

Step It Up

Volunteer weekly or monthly for the Red Cross or another organization in your community that provides transportation to those who need it.

Keep It Simple

Offer to take an elderly or disabled friend to an appointment or the grocery store.
