"Treat people as if they were what they ought to be and you will help them become what they are capable of becoming."- Goethe

Sometimes all a person needs to succeed at something is having someone else believe in them. Doing well in school is a lot of work and is often discouraging. Be a good friend to your classmates by encouraging them to do their best, especially when they are struggling with something.

Step It Up

Encourage a classmate who is struggling with an assignment or who is stressed out about a test by giving him or her a positive note. Include your favorite quote or draw them a picture. Offering encouraging words will help him or her to do well.

Keep It Simple

Offer words of encouragement to your classmates before a test.
